Background
Hundreds of Leatherfolk from all over the United States, Canada and beyond gather this weekend each year to celebrate the American LeatherFamily. American Brotherhood Weekend (ABW) is produced by American Brotherhood Weekend, Inc. The producers of this weekend are no strangers to the world’s Leather community; Frank Nowicki, Dean Ogren and Paula Smith.
ABW welcomes our greater Leather family from the 4 corners of the globe, regardless of your age, race, gender identity, affectional preference or religion. What makes ABW a unique event is that it is the only national Gay and Lesbian Leather contest featuring 4 Leather titles; American LeatherMan, LeatherWoman, Leatherboy and now American Leathergirl. ABW attracts 300+ full-weekend registrants with total contest attendance between 500 and 600. This year the event will be held at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel, New Orleans Pheonix, and The Howling Wolf Restaurant and Bar.

After much success at previous weekends, ABW is offering sponsorship opportunities to clubs, organizations, businesses and individuals. Through this unique opportunity you or your organization will be a prominent part of American Brotherhood Weekend.

- All sponsors and logos will be featured on our website for a full year.
- All sponsors and logos will be listed in our ABW 2008 program book.
A portion of the weekend’s proceeds benefit our charity beneficiaries. Your support will help us to support the worthy organizations within our diverse community, as well as continue ABW.

Drop dead ad deadline is May 15, 2008! You can email us the black and white ad in flattened .JPG format (preferred), .TIF or .PDF with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI (300 is preferred). Please email your attachment to Jazz Thomas. Or you may send a floppy disk, CD-ROM containing the electronic file to us.

Deadlines
Event Sponsorships All event sponsorships are on a first come first served basis. Don’t miss your chance! Contact Paula Smith right away!
Advertising Contact Jazz Thomas immediately to make your reservation. Payment and Art due no later than May 1, 2008.
Titleholder Prize and Auction Donations All donations must be received no later than May 1, 2008, to be guaranteed a mention in the program book. Please keep in mind we have 4 titleholders and require a donation for each to be made. If you would like to donate a single larger item for the Basket Auction please indicate if it is to benefit the Titleholder Travel Fund or our selected charities. Contact Dean Ogren to arrange for your donation.
Stuffers and Coupons We must receive all coupons, flyers, brochures and items to be inserted into the weekend packages no later than June 1, 2008. We will waive the $25 insertion fee for our sponsors and advertisers.
